Our condo comfortably accommodates guests and offers a wide range of complimentary amenities. These include high-speed WiFi, a smart TV (no cable), and a fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils, including a rice cooker and water kettle. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and one sofa bed

Beds will be prepared based on the number of guests, with two guests sharing each bed. Each booking includes two towels (extra towels available for a fee), two hotel-sized shampoo sachets, and one bar of soap. This setup ensures fair and consistent pricing, as the rate remains the same regardless of the number of guests.

The unit is also equipped with two air conditioners for your comfort.

The building provides excellent free amenities for all guests, such as a beautiful infinity swimming pool, children’s playground, and more. For stays of six months or longer, guests will also have access to the gym. Please note, the pool is open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, except on Mondays when it is closed for maintenance.

Public parking is available nearby and managed by the estate. Rates vary depending on the length of your stay. The condo is conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic) in the vibrant Mactan Newtown, a secure and modern neighborhood that meets Western standards. You’ll find a wide range of restaurants, convenience stores, and food parks within walking distance, along with easy transportation options such as buses, taxis, and Grab.

For just ₱350 per person per day, you can enjoy access to the nearby beach, infinity pool, and other premium amenities. Children ages 0–6 enter the beach area for free. This offer is valid for up to 4 guests and is not available on checkout day. Beach access is open daily from 8 AM to 10PM.

To ensure a smooth check-in, the booking guest must send a copy of their ID and a list of all guest names via mail before arrival. Upon check-in, all guests are kindly asked to present valid IDs.

Please note:

• Only one pet is allowed per booking. The pet must not exceed two feet in height, and a valid vaccination card must be shown upon check-in.
• We also offer a convenient luggage storage service at The Mactan Newtown, with a ₱50 discount for our guests.
